While phone conversations with Squaremouth were terrific, I was unhappy that I had to download the policy instead of having been sent a printed copy. When I downloaded it myself the words on the right and left ends were cut off.I started to fill them in by hand and finally gave up.

You must have accurate documentation. After I filed the claim they wanted documentation on medical bills, when I paid for insurance, type of insurance coverage and proof of payment for the trip. Once I completed of all that, there was no problem.
