For flight delay reimbursements, no where in my policy book on reimbursing a flight purchase in the event of 5+hr long layover, did it state they don't fully reimburse the entire fare. They subtract any reimbursement you receive from your original carrier/ticket before reimbursing you. They require invoice documentation from original carrier before they will even reimburse a flight delay.

The emergency service completely gave the wrong information. Was totally incorrect on their policies and procedures. M-F customer service knows correct info. Don't have a problem when traveling on the weekends. Good luck.
