I do not recall the exact dates when I submitted the claim and when I received the check. I delayed quite a bit, but the claim was settled in a very timely manner once I submitted it, and for the full insured amount. I thought the claim might be disallowed due to pre-exiting conditions; although I did insure within the window, I underestimated the final trip cost by a few hundred dollars. I was very pleased when the claim was settled in full with absolutely ZERO hassle.
