I love the fact that I could book my insurance on the same day. This was very convenient.

Before Trip
I found that I needed to add coverage about two weeks before my trip. The CSR was helpful and courteous, and I had my additional coverage quickly with no hassle.

Before Trip
I had to make a change and dealt directly with the carriers customer service rep and they were very helpful. They offered a suggestion that saved me money on my change and I really appreciated the helpful attitude of their customer service dept.

it was all done on line, i did not speak to a real person

we had no reason to use any of the above services, so i am unable to rate

Before Trip
They sent me an email with an attachment which did not open, so instead I had to call and have the document mailed to me. This situation needs to be reviewed for future.

We were delayed 24 hours due to a broken Delta Aircraft. I called Travelex. They were very nice on the phone, and very helpful.

Claim Process
Every time I called, they were eager to help and answer my questions.

I don't really have much information to make an review. Everything went smoothly and (thankfully) I had no need to use the travel insurance.

It was very easy to go to Squaremouth, compare policies based on my needs.

Once I selected my policy, it was delivered almost immediately.

During Trip
I could not rate these questions because I did not need to use the travel insurance during the trip.
