    Since everything was done online, I really had no "customer service".

    During Trip
    We never had to use the insurance and therefore had no customer service during the trip.

    Claim Process
    We had no claim experience which I indicated at the beginning of the survey.

    Travelex offers very good policies at fair and competitive prices. Once in the past I had to cancel a trip and make a claim with them, and their service was excellent.
