We didn't have the need to use any of the services. FOr me that (using a service) would be the real idncaiton of how good the policy was.

I had put the wrong start date on the web page. I called customer service and they changed my date and re-issued the policy. The customer service person was very friendly and professional. It was completed in a matter of minutes.

I didn't need to make a claim, but it was a small price to pay (for having insurance) for having peace of mind, if there was an emergency, knowing that I had coverage.
