if it's about squaremouth, hands-down the best place to buy travel insurance from. it didn't hurt that just a few days after we came back, I read an article in outside magazine recommending only them.

I have not yet received any claim forms. They were supposed to be emailed to me, but never received. I called and email was attempted again with no luck. I was told the forms would be UPS mailed to me and I have not received them yet.
I am at a loss to understand this.

Altough the trip was delayed for over 5 hours we did not retain any invoices etc...this was our own fault. So no complaints against coveage provider

Second time purchased TravelEx policy using SquareMouth. Both seem to be excellent companies. SquareMouth has really done a good job in this market space.

We did not, thankfully, need the services of this carrier. We very much like the broad international exposure of TravelEx. We can find them everywhere and they seem to be easy to contact.
