The set-up through Squaremouth was great and we received our policy immediately after booking. We had a great trip with no incidents and therefore no need of claims. Not much more to report.

It is really hard to rate the carrier. I bought the insurance but never heard anything from them from the time I bought the insurance. Fortunately, we did not need to use the insurance. I would be able to rate them if I actually had to use them for their assistance in travel delay or a medical claim. I have used your company three times to buy insurance and have referred four of my friends

I sent them an email with some questions regarding insurance policies and I NEVER got a response back. The only reason I purchased anything from them was because I was against a tight deadline and was not able to find anything else that fit what I needed under such short notice.
