Easy to apply for online and download the insurance documents and receipt necessary for trip.

our flight to Ft Myers on 6/15/10 was canceled after many delays. We had to stay in the Atlanta airport overnight waiting for a flight that left on 6/16/10. This was after flying all day from Europe. It cost me $5.00 to submit the reams of documents they needed for a $140.73 claim. It is now 7/30/10 and after calling again today I was told they will send me a check for $25.00 and refused to explain why they were not sending the amount claimed. I would not buy insurance from this company again.

Called them to try to get copy of insurance with no success.Then called Squaremouth and received copy in minutes.

granted this was a complex claim... still the customer service just did not "get it" and ended up sending only half the requested amount

HAd to change some info and Travelex was very cooperative . They responded immediately and answered the phone quickly.
