I was waiting for an "official" policy to arrive in the mail. It would have been helpful if you had said that no policy will be mailed but you should download the sample policy on the Travelex website, couple with it the Squaremouth confirmation and evidence of insurance. That's all you get.

During Trip
I had no need to contact Travelex during the trip

Claim Process
I'm still getting supporting evidence from the airline. I haven't filed the claim yet; however it will not be large, probably $180.00

Clearly stated policy. Cruise line canceled trip and we had to reschedule. Easy to change arrangements and Travelex gave us a credit because of reduced cost of trip.
