  • WorldTrips policy: Atlas Journey Preferred

    3 stars because I tried to call them one day and couldn't get through to them at all. Was put on hold and after 30 mins just disconnected. Tried various times with no luck. Was calling to ask why I had received no policy documents from them. I was worried about my insurance coverage after that experience.
    I tried again a few days later and did get through. The person was helpful and she looked up my policy and emailed me the documents. So I felt reassured after that.

    I did the claim online, the online claim does not appear in my profile so cannot follow the status. Almost 2 month later I received a mail with the claim reply and a check. Not a simple description of what they are reimbursing and why. Not sure if this is the only mail I will receive.

    Easy, fast, efficient and meets my travel needs every time. I like the appreciate the ability to design the coverage I want for up to three generations of travelers.

    Just all around great customer service from assisting with the proper coverage, expediency in e-mail responses, live phone support was excellent and follow up after phone conversations was just fantastic as well. All the coverage I needed was here and available for the current state of the world (COVID) travel.

    Although i purchased the agreement , I submitted a covid clarification question while on my travelling,
    I never got an answer,
    thus the company is not reliable and probably you should not be selling their insurance,
    By chance i got sick form covid 3 days past my return... nothing serious as i was triple vaccinated.
    imagine if this was happening during my trip and I needed their support,
    Better buy a product form a another reliable partner

    Process was slow, took a little longer than expected. But at the end they solved the problem professionally.
