It would be nice if the card & paperwork arrived before the trip toherwise great service.

Everything was quick and easy, I was able to move around the website and compare the policy's which gave me a piece of mind that the correct product was available to ease my mind.

During Trip
I became ill on my trip and came very close to contacting the service on using the carrier for a claim, but determined that I was not in any immediate danger that would be necessary for me to use the insurance.... However it was very calming to me under a stressful situation that I had available if needed the correct policy and carrier if needed to assist me in the event if necessary.

I never needed to contact the insurance carrier during my trip so I cannot comment

Never used the insurance (didn't intend to, just bought as "insurance" in case of medical problems) so I never had any dealings with the carrier. I carried the card with me, but never had use for it.

Very pleased with time from purchase to documents arriving. I had no claim so my comments are limited to the side of purchasing the policy and documents availability before travel to review.
