However, to get to her, I was on hold with several people for quite some time. The wait was a nuisance. This description is "as I recall." In other words, the interaction was a while back, and the above is my best recollection. I cannot say that I am 100% sure about accuracy.

This created a very early closing time when in Hawaii (minus 6 hours) and minus 3 hours in Las Vegas. Once connected, HTH emailed claim documents within 1 business day. Our trip was interrupted due to a family members medical emergency. They were released from the hospital September 13th. We are waiting for her Doctor visit next month to complete HTH forms and submit the claim. Our updated review will be available after the completion of the claim process.

I have used Squaremouth as a resource to choose Travel Insurance Carriers for several years now. HTH World Wide Insurance Services (Plan Name, HTH Trip Protector) was my choice for a Hawaiian getaway. This was our first purchase of a Policy from HTH and our first claim ever for a travel related event.
While on vacation, our daughter-in-law was rushed to the hospital and gave birth to our first granddaughter 3 weeks early. Fortunately both Mother and baby are doing well. Rushing to get home as soon as possible we incurred additional costs that HTH Reinbursed promptly after submitting requested documentation.
It was comforting to have Squaremouth watch over the process. Squaremouth was following up on our progress throughout the process.
I highly recommend both Squaremouth and HTH Worldwide Insurance Services.

Once director of squaremouth stepped in then all the communication was smooth and fast. HTH were very unprofessional. The sad part is whenever I sent email the agent sent the same email. They do not checked the history..I spend a lot of money on phone cards as they put me on hold then disconnected I requested to call me but didn't get any call.
I m a reqular traveler this kind of service was very painful.I will submit my claim please help me. In that. Thank you for all the help.
