My ratings are based upon the fact that all information was provided within minutes of enrolling. As I made no claim, I cannot address how that aspect of the carrier's service.

Squaremouth provided very good information on their web-site and allowed the comparison of several policies to find the best fit for my needs. I called them with a few questions and they were very responsive. The call was answered promptly and the service person provided answers to my questions quickly. She obviously knew the products offered very well.

Found you with a Google search and was thrilled with all your website's options! When we travel again, we will certainly take out a policy via your website!!!

I switched companies this year because of poor customer service with the company I have used for the last 6 years and I am glad I did. I especially like the Squaremouth system of being able to pick and choose what coverage I wanted right down to which adventure sports I wanted to be covered for. I am pleased with Squaremouth and the speedy customer service when I had a question.

I really had no contact with the actual carrier at any point. Squaremouth handled the purchase and fortunately I had no need to contact the carrier before, during, or after the trip. Had a great trip and stayed healthy.

We called right before our trip as we misplaced our actual documentation. Customer service quickly resent our information.
