Easy to compare the coverages, and it was quick and easy to sign up for what I wanted.

During Trip
Thankfully, I did not have to use the coverage, but I had peace of mind on the trip--and even told fellow travelers about it.

I did not print out the entire policy and did not have a card that declared my insurance or insurance carrier so the service I received is questionable. I did print out a summary and brought that document with me as I travelled throughout Israel.

I didn't use customer service during the trip. I did have cause to see the ship's doctor, and did spend about $60 on medications for a bacterial infection. It didn't occur to me that I might file a claim for that until just now receiving this review form. Should I file a claim?

Have not filed a claim, and don't mind if I don't find a claim, as the insurance was intended to cover serious expenses, not just a $60 amount. So I can't comment about any of the above.
