I called the company to ask some questions and received clear, concise answers from a very accomodating and polite company representative.

I was under the impression that I would receive a policy from the insurer, not just a one page summary of the coverage. I have never received a policy only the one-page summary and the mock policy that is in PFD format on your site.

I had complete confidence in them - fortunately I didn't need to make a claim.
