Fortunately, did not have to use so I can't answer

Before Trip
I did not print out the entire policy and did not have a card that declared my insurance or insurance carrier so the service I received is questionable. I did print out a summary and brought that document with me as I travelled throughout Israel.

Great service; Fortunatly we did not have to make a claim but knowing we had the coverage gave us peace of mind!

No claim was necessary. We had a lost bag, but the airline found and returned it promptly.

I didn't use customer service during the trip. I did have cause to see the ship's doctor, and did spend about $60 on medications for a bacterial infection. It didn't occur to me that I might file a claim for that until just now receiving this review form. Should I file a claim?

Claim Process
Have not filed a claim, and don't mind if I don't find a claim, as the insurance was intended to cover serious expenses, not just a $60 amount. So I can't comment about any of the above.

We had no occasion to contact the carrier during our stay in Europe. None of these questions is relevant in our case.
