    Before Trip
    There was a potential issue where our trip was in jepordy. Customer service provided advice and claim forms in a very timely manner in case we needed to submit a cliam.

    During Trip
    We did not have any issues, so there waas no need to utilize customer service or the policy coverage.

    No cliams were submitted
