i was surprised to find that process for filing a claim involved filling out static document. further the document i received was very generic and a large portion of the document wasn't applicable to my situation. i would imagine that online form similar to this survey would insure the necessary information is collected and reduce the time required to review/process the claim.

John Hancock was very helpful and responsive in assisting us with our claim.

My pre purchase questions about coverage were answered quickly and professionally.

Easy to navigate website. Mistake was found on my part but was addressed quickly and accurately. Price was fair. And I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

I contacted them to change my address.

Seemed reasonable to deal with when I had to increase my policy, although I didn’t need to file a claim.

Trip was delayed numerous hours however the process to file a claim and actually recover anything was not worth the time it took.

They did not tell me I had to include airline ticket but airline tickets are not eligible for cancel for any reason.
