    i was surprised to find that process for filing a claim involved filling out static document. further the document i received was very generic and a large portion of the document wasn't applicable to my situation. i would imagine that online form similar to this survey would insure the necessary information is collected and reduce the time required to review/process the claim.

    Easy to navigate website. Mistake was found on my part but was addressed quickly and accurately. Price was fair. And I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

    They did not tell me I had to include airline ticket but airline tickets are not eligible for cancel for any reason.
