Happy with the insurance policy offered. Happily, we did not need it!

Great coverage. Reasonable price.

I did not need to call them during my trip or to make a claim.

Need to keep the claim part oped as it has been just over a week frrom the reported accident of my wife, Linda. I did call to report the accident from the ship because my cell phone had no service. I was placed on hold twice and ran up a charge of $84.83 for 17 minutes on the phone at $4.99 per minute. I left the ship's number and my room number, but no one called back. I called again when I got home to make sure the accident was on file. Should be reimbursed for the call.

pleasantly, I did not have to contact the provider for a claim. before the trip, john hancock got the insurance document to me immediately. I appreciated that so I could review it. ty

The only reason for 4 stars, not 5 was a slight confusion in their reading my first claim submission, but this was readily cleared up and the claim reasonably
promptly paid.

They made the buying process very easy and informative with many options. Fortunately did not have to use.

I had no claims.

I am wondering if there is any insurance company that, when you know where you are traveling to, can link you to a specific doctor or clinic that they find reliable and that can process claims easily. Let me know.
