Fortunately for all, I didn't need the insurance so can't rate
services I didn't use!

No claim filed. No interaction with insurance company during trip.

Since no claim was made, there is nothing to report

Bought it and had no other contact so nothing really to rate

I had a claim. My other carrier was primary. They took over three months to process the claim. Squaremouth's carrier took less than two weeks.

I have provided no ratings for the last two questions since it was not necessary to contact the provider for any reason for this policy while on the trip.

Purchased the insurance, but had no cause to use it.

Nothing to add as nothing out of the ordinary happened. I chose this provider because of their pre-existing conditions clauses. I will choose this provider again.
