I had a claim. My other carrier was primary. They took over three months to process the claim. Squaremouth's carrier took less than two weeks.

I have provided no ratings for the last two questions since it was not necessary to contact the provider for any reason for this policy while on the trip.

Not applicable as there was no claim filed.

Purchased the insurance, but had no cause to use it.

Nothing to add as nothing out of the ordinary happened. I chose this provider because of their pre-existing conditions clauses. I will choose this provider again.

I do not know yet! I am just now making a claim!

Since we didn't make a claim none of this means anything.

It was nice to know I would have support if I needed it. Thankfully I didn't!
