Great! I'm glade I took the time to review and looked for the best qualified carrier. Met others who had issues on their trip and were not happy with the coverage and service that was difficult for them to correct their issue with their insurance carrier.Claim Process
My evo phone was stolen in Peru, and I like to know if it is covered. We just got back a week ago and were not able to take care of this at the time do to a death in family. I did contact Sprint through on line text and do have a copy of the situation. Please advise if there was coverage for this item. Thank you.

Again, all went pretty smoothly this trip, so I had no need to contact John Hancock. The five stars is in anticipation that they would have done a good job if I had been too messed up by Hurricane Sandy.Claim Process
