I never received anything in the mail, I had downloaded the Policy from the WEB site, but thought I was to receive documentation prior to my departure. Either John Handcock failed to follow up or It was not clear in the WEB site that there would only be the printed material from the Squaremouth.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE... I'm a customer for life!!!! I had to come home early due to an debilitating illness and the help I got was incredible. I was sick and in pain and it was so great to be able to get home without having to try and arrange everything. On top of that the level of service I got was incredible. They even called to check on me at the airport and my home to make sure I had gotten back safely.

I took longer than normal to turn in my paper wook since I waited for a second visit to a specialists to get that paper work included. So even though my claim is from October, it was just submitted in december..... There was alot of paperwork - but that was expected.

Great! I'm glade I took the time to review and looked for the best qualified carrier. Met others who had issues on their trip and were not happy with the coverage and service that was difficult for them to correct their issue with their insurance carrier.

My evo phone was stolen in Peru, and I like to know if it is covered. We just got back a week ago and were not able to take care of this at the time do to a death in family. I did contact Sprint through on line text and do have a copy of the situation. Please advise if there was coverage for this item. Thank you.
