My friend did teh seraching for a good insurance after being surprised that the cruise ship would not give me insurance after we ahd already paid and booked the cruise. Somehow it wasn't included as we thought we asked for as per phone conversation.
We were so glad to get your insurance! AND it was a few dollars cheaper than what the cruise line provided. It seemed comparable but maybe the ship's could have offered more protection... I don't quite remember but if so more didn't seem necessary.
Although there was not any problems during my trip, but I was extremely happy with the level of professionalism, customer care, and follow through.
Being in service industry myself, it is nice to come across a caring and detail oriented companies.
