I was nervous about actually making a claim as the carrier was not a known name. Although I was happy to pay for insurance this way it was more a case of just knowing I had something to fall back on on an emergency.

I had a very hard time trying to reached customer service when I was in the Philippines. Matter of fact, I wasn't able to reach anyone at all! When I tried to call the non-US toll free number, my call didn't go thru so many time and when it did ring, nobody was picking up. Very frustrating...
