I think Roam Right is a great company. In the past when we've filed a claim, although they often ask for more documentation, it is not unreasonable and claims have been paid appropriately and promptly.
This claim is very small, for delayed baggage, but we'll see if it is handled quickly and we are sent the money that we will be due for the missing luggage.
Since I did not file a claim, my only interaction with RoamRight was to sig up for the insurance and to subsequently to change the coverage dates. All the interactions with RoamRight were very good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in travel insurance.

Talked with Customer Service long before the trip to modify some details -- travel dates, number of people -- nothing major. Was taken care of quickly on the phone with email confirmation. Thankfully no problems on the trip, so no need for further interaction.
Our connecting flight from Denver to Honolulu was cancelled on June 19, 2016. I called RoamRight on the same day and informed the Agent of our predicament. She was very accommodating and sent us the link on where to file the necessary claim forms. It was the highlight of an otherwise dreary day!
This, I think, is my third usage of Squaremouth. When I had a question last time, it was easily resolved even though it took long time to get somebody to answer the phone. She was pleasant and easy to speak.
