RoamRight was extremely helpful in filing the claim. The process went very smoothly and they informed us immediately on receiving our claim that it was in process. I have booked with Squaremouth a few times now and have always received great service. We have another trip planned in May and insured through Squaremouth. Never had a problem and did not ever have to file a claim. Hope if I do have to submit a claim it is as easy a process as my other dealings with Squaremouth!!
Purchasing the policy I needed was easy and customer service was helpful with answering questions over the phone. I did not have to file a claim so I have no comments over the claim process although I feel I would have been covered as long as I followed the procedures in the proper manner outlined in the policy That part seems to be the major issue of people who have complaints with the claim process. Read your policy instructions in detail and know what you need to do and what's covered.
as a on going customer I've always found squaremouth a helpful and much appreciated web site ..as it provides tailor made access to travel insurance at 1/2 to a 1/3 of the cost as they same coverage offered buy airlines, travel agencies or tour providers. keep up the good work

My call was immediately answered by On Call International which was very helpful in offering help and giving me direction on how to proceed with my situation.
