I contacted Roam Right customer service late on a Sunday night following my medical emergency. My call was immediately answered by On Call International which was very helpful in offering help and giving me direction on how to proceed with my situation. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and understanding, and I highly recommend that future travelers use Roam Right for their insurance needs.

I bought the policy from Roam Right and fortunately didn't have to use it. I always use SquareMouth for my travel insurance needs.

This was a complex trip with several parts. I had to add additional days and coverage when I completed the planning. Roam Right customer service was most helpful in allowing me and helping me to add as I confirmed plans.

I had to talk to RoamRight just to get some clarification on descriptions used on website.

Try to get someone who is not an insurance professional to review the site and offer places where you could improve laymen understanding.

Since I had no problems and I did not need help it would be hard to rate the performance of this insurance company. It was easy to get the policy and when I had questions at the beginning they were answered by their customer service.

Cost and protection options were adequate for our needs.
