had all my questions answered promptly before and after the trip.
Yes I would recommend this policy to my friends who travel and would purchase again.

I bought the policy from Roam Right and fortunately didn't have to use it. I always use SquareMouth for my travel insurance needs.

This was a complex trip with several parts. I had to add additional days and coverage when I completed the planning. Roam Right customer service was most helpful in allowing me and helping me to add as I confirmed plans.

I had to talk to RoamRight just to get some clarification on descriptions used on website.

Try to get someone who is not an insurance professional to review the site and offer places where you could improve laymen understanding.

Since I had no problems and I did not need help it would be hard to rate the performance of this insurance company. It was easy to get the policy and when I had questions at the beginning they were answered by their customer service.

Cost and protection options were adequate for our needs.

Thank heavens did not need to use any of the available assistance the policy provided but felt comfortable if needed they would have taken care of our needs. I say this as their representative I spoke with was professional, experienced and knowledgable. The representative answered all questions I asked and explained all to my satisfaction. I received all written material and cards to take on our cruise. I will hopefully be traveling again and this will be my go to insurance policy!
