I purchased travel insurance for a medical mission group of 19 traveling to Nicaragua from the US. The experience with SQUAREMOUTH, INC from beginning to end was flawless. The website is user friendly, clear and informative. The company quotes are easy to compare to ensure that I am purchasing the exact coverage required at the very best price. I had to phone customer service as respects one question and they were quick to answer and respond to my inquiry. I was able to provide each traveler with their own medical card which they carried with their passport. It appeared that the cards included all of the necessary information in the event we needed to use the coverage. I will definitely use Squaremouth, Inc. again in the future. Thank you!

The experience was fine with square mouth - the only negative is that none of the insurance providers receive positive feedback when a claim is made. It would be desirable to have access to at least one insurer who had positive claims feedback.
