I filed my claim almost a month ago and have not heard anything. When I try to check on it through customer service it takes a hour to speak to anyone, it’s very frustrating.

I entered a claim for cancellation for any reason. I cancelled the trip with the provider within the 60 day penalty period subject to a 30% penalty. My claim is for the penalty amount. I entered the claim 24 days ago and provided all relevant information. I called to check progress, and had towait for a call back.
I was advised that claims are taking over 70 days to process. I think this is pathetic. Their customer service is terrible in terms of waiting times to speak to a representative and their turnaround time on processing claims.
I would not purchase from them again and SquareMouth should alert customers about this deficiency.
Unable to contact anyone at square mouth for a long time - after several calls and long waits I was told I had to call seven corners! What a waste of time!
I didn’t get a response to my email questions so I’m happy I didn’t need to file a claim because my questions were never answered.
I had a situation when I was travelling (losing personal items and passports which created trip interruptions and coverage issue), I tried to ask a few questions regarding my policy and coverage, but the feedbacks are rather general and not specific enough to help with my filing of claims.
I asked another question about the extension or an additional purchase of my policy, but I haven't heard back anything in two days.
I filed a claim in late December, and haven't heard back anything neither and I understand that can take 30 days. Let's see what happen by then. I don't have enough information to rate the whole experiences at this moment yet.
Please update me with my claim. I was not able to use this insurance because it wouldnt work.
