Seven Corners Travel Insurance Reviews

Understanding the policy prior to purchase was difficult. I called for clarification as I was comparing policies. Still, it was confusing, primarily how COVID would impact the policy.

This trip and its insurance were transferred to November, 2022. The trip scheduled in November, 2021, was cancelled because one or more of the countries closed to visitors. We have booked the trip for next year and moved the insurance with it.

Very helpful to make sure I got the correct insurance.

This trip was cancelled by the tour company and rescheduled to October 2022. Consequently the policy was extended to that date. Thanks to the great customer service agent who helped with this.

As this is an American company and I am Canadian I was unsure about what I was signing up for. The original policy I arranged I had questions about after purchase and was told that, that particular policy was no longer available
. That DIDN’T reassure me! I ended up changing my coverage to the Wanderer which allows multiple trips during the year. I am still concerned about the small amount of coverage I have, but as a person over the age of 65 and residing in North America I don’t have a lot of choice as compared to the rest of the world. Unfortunately the US and Canada don’t acknowledge that health care in North America is out of the realm of 95% of the world population. Health care costs are manageable in most countries and regions of the world but our insurance prices don’t take that into account.
I don’t really have a choice until companies realise that the world is a much bigger place than the US and other nationalities do travel to those regions.
A 4rating reflects that the telephone service was good but I was left feeling unsure when my original policy was no longer being marketed.

I have purchased insurance through Seven Corners Inc since I have been traveling during the Pandemic. It is easy to purchase online and the customer service is wonderful! Fast, efficient, and good price for the coverage I needed. I spoke to a customer service a gent for questions and he was friendly and helpful.

Our cruise was cancelled because most of the ports were closed and we received a full refund. However, the airfare which was booked separately was not refunded. I contacted Seven Corners customer service by email to understand what documentation they needed to make a claim on the airfare. They never responded. I filed a claim three weeks ago and have received no response other than the initial confirmation email indicating that they received the claim and will contact me within 30 days.
