The website interface was great - all coverage so clearly spelled out. It made it very easy to price out. I thought the fact Covid was covered was a huge plus. Fortunately, no problems with my trip, so no claims necessary.

Seven Corners was very responsive when we decided to cancel a policy we had purchased.

Had an issue with an airline, where they lost the travel luggage. This caused a ripple effect in our travel plans and delays, rebookings, etc. Called the support line for options and the agent helped set a calming tone. Definitely nice to have great customer support, especially when traveling in a foreign country. Keep up the good work.

This was such an easy process to make sure my family was insured while on foreign travel. Thank you!

simple to purchase, clear policy benefits, reasonable cost.

Was happy with most things. Only complaint was that when I was trying to buy a policy it was a weekend and when I called with questions, there was no customer service available to answer my questions, only emergency service.

I have been trying for 3 days to contact Seven corners to file a claim . I sent an e-mail it got sent back 4 times. I called them and was put on hold to be called back . Was never called back . At the moment i am not sure they even exist.,

Will be contacting again to get help with claim filing.

Very easy to understand and purchase travel insurance. No brainer.

I was happy with the experience obtaining a policy for my first trip to western ma. I was less happy when I called to add a second trip and around the same dates and found that even though the second trip was significantly less expensive, I 1. couldn't just add coverage to my first policy and had to get a new one and 2. the second policy was overly expensive given the significantly reduced cost (only about a third of the first trip) of the second trip.
