Fast, efficient, and good price for the coverage I needed. I spoke to a customer service a gent for questions and he was friendly and helpful.
Our cruise was cancelled because most of the ports were closed and we received a full refund. However, the airfare which was booked separately was not refunded. I contacted Seven Corners customer service by email to understand what documentation they needed to make a claim on the airfare. They never responded. I filed a claim three weeks ago and have received no response other than the initial confirmation email indicating that they received the claim and will contact me within 30 days.

My claim ended up being fully paid under my medical insurance, so I did not have to file a claim with Seven Corners. That being said, all of my contact with Seven Corners was handled well. They responded to all of my questions along with having me send them all of my claim info for them to process if it became necessary. I was very pleased with them and would use them again for my travels.
The only interaction we had with Seven Corners was when we called pre trip to get information about the Covid-19 coverage. They were very helpful and answered all our questions.
My son had another friend who needed a reference, so I told them about squaremouth.
I discovered that in order to see insurance documents within my Squaremouth account, I needed to use the same email address that I had used to purchase the policy. Phone rep was unaware of this and was confused by my inquiry made prior to my discovery.
It took 6 weeks to process my claim which IMHO was a bit longer than it should have taken. There were issues uploading documents. But my claim was eventually processed. There was good communication throughout. When all was said and done my claim was paid without too much trouble. I will use Seven Corners again
I was pleased with the service of the staff. Fortunately I had no problems so no need to file a claim.
I was unable to get a direct answer to my most pressing concern. I traveled to France which the State Department had rated a level 4 country due to the covid outbreak (even though France had moved to a system of needing a health pass to go inside anywhere and had seen a dramatic drop in cases). I made repeated requests to determine whether my insurance plan would be valid visiting a country deemed level 4. I was unable to get a direct answer to this question.
