Excellent service - thank heaven did not have to use

Insurance was little more expensive than others on trip paid. Cannot rate as 5 stars as experience was typical and nothing more. In future I might shop around little more carefully to get best price for comparable coverage. Thank you as having insurance did eliminate worries during trip.

I am trying to file a claim. No one is actually available to help with the paperwork. No one wants to talk on the phone. So far emails have been confusing. I have spent hours and days obtaining refunds. I will submit information only for what I cannot get refunded. If you want more information about the refunds, I will send you everything, but then I think your company should pay me for my time and effort to save you money. If I have problems receiving the paltry amount I am requesting, I will let everyone I know to avoid your company. I have no reason to think I will have problems, however you asked for feedback and this is what I have.

Filed a claim did not receive updates but later inquired found out claim was approved and checks arrived a few short weeks thereafter. This was in contrast to the last series of claims I had made with a similar policy for another trip last year. Things have gotten much better with Seven Corners and I think the moral of the story is to be patient and to know that less is more. I look forward to doing business with them again soon, thank you
