Excellent overall experience.
Good job so far. Let's see what happens after the claim is filed.
I was really happy to use your company for the medical travel insurance.. BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service person who I inquired to be insured again from March 26-2019 to June 28-2019.. very very unsatisfied and because of that, I went to another company.

Seven Corners was very helpful in finding a provider for Travel Insurance. Of course, since we did not need to file a claim, I have no idea how the provider chosen would have supported us.

Documented claims were approved as submitted, and paid in a reasonable time.
I have been an Ins. Agent for 42 years and consider this a top policy in terms of benefits afforded for a very reasonable premium.
Customer service was very helpful in determining which insurance to buy. Fortunately we didn't have any medical issues while away. I will check you out again the next time we travel.
Thank you.
They were great. Travel insurance is not a product I use often, but it was required for this safari trip. Our airline cancelled our flight home and we ended up having to return a day later (extra night in hotel, other expenses). This situation was not covered by our trip insurance, but I didn't even know enough to look for that coverage. I guess other policies do cover that. I wish ours had.
