Very easy to compare policies. Customer service was easy to reach and very helpful in answering all my questions.
Fortunately, we did not need to make any claims. I would use Squaremouth again.

Since this was my first time using Square Mouth I had several questions. The questions were promptly answered.

I had health issues and I contacted the 24hours assistance. I was told to go to the trusted hospital and get help. I went to the clinic. Later I had sent the report and the bill via email (as it was suggested by the assistant in the insurance company) I had got the answer in one month with the request to fill in the application and send other documents. I had sent the application and the requested documents (almost two month ago) And I had never got a reply.

I tried to call the 800 number to find out how to file a calim and all I got was we will answer and then try again later.
