It was very straightforward and Custer service was very helpful. Fortunately we didn't need to use the incurable but it was peace of mind to have it. My husband did see a doctor but I don't think they knew how to bill us so I doubt there will be a claim.

I had to call them from a cruise ship because my luggage was delayed over 8 days...I was told good luck and they would send me a email with the claim form. This is the first time I had used travel insurance for the whole trip and I don't know what I was thinking the company would do for me but I was really disappointed with the conversation/help. Hopefully Delta will give me their reimbursement and should I file mine with you before or after?
I’m sorry that you ran into issues with your trip. We received Tina’s documentation on 10/02/2017. Based upon the description of your issue with delayed bags, we will need the final disposition of your claim with the travel supplier but otherwise, I’ve requested that the analyst work this as soon as possible.
