We were fortunate that we did not have a need to use the policy we purchased. We did however, witness one of the passengers on the ship that needed emergency care and was removed during the night and taken to a local hospital to care for a blood clot. We traveled with peace of mind knowing we had coverage if needed. We would purchase this policy again if we go on another trip.

This trip was in celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary and had been planned for several years. We had always wanted to take the cruise ship to Alaska and in the process also visit with my wife's sister in Oregon and with our son and his family (especially the grandkids whom we hadn'd seen in two years) in California. We knew it would be expensive and with my mother's health condition, we were very concerned that something would happen to disrupt this very important moment in our lives. So we took out trip insurance. It was very releaving to know that if we did have to make special arrangements at the last minute, we would have the peac of mind that we would not lose our deposits of several thousand dollars and could take our trip at a later date without losing any money in the proess. Everyone we dealt with concerning questions we had was extremely cordial and helpful and made our decision to go with your company an easy decision. Thanks for helping to make our trip even more enjoyable.

I needed to make a travel date change to my purchased policy, and I received a same day email reply with the new travel card. That's customer service!
