No Problems!

Did not make a claim. Company presented itself well with emails and documents. My high motivation was to use a company to cover pre-existing medical conditions.

Once mailed there has been no response from the insurance provider. Why isn't it possible to at least acknowledge receipt of the documents?

Received confusing instructions regarding info needed from airline about cancelled flight. After I responded to first set of instructions, I received letter that claim was being closed; due to lack of response from me.

Having the policy provided a measure of safety and security. Thankfully we did not need to file a claim

We had no need to file a claim, so it's difficult to rate service which was not rendered.

Probably the easiest way to purchase "real" travel insurance for anyone. Quick, efficient, and fully explained at the beginning, so we knew upfront what coverage we had and levels we wanted.

We did not encounter any delays or have to cancel the trip so no claims were made. Can not review processing a claim.
