what do the circles represent?

The form is ridiculous! You must provide a rating for each of the five circles. Otherwise we do not any idea of how to record our opinion.

I am very unhappy with this company. I would give them zero stars if possible. The travel company we booked our vacation with filed for bankruptcy and I was informed that I did not qualify for a refund because I had not purchased the policy within 21 days of booking the trip. The date I booked the trip was part of the information I gave on the application form so why was I even sold this policy since it was after the 21 day deadline?

It was easy to sign up for the travel insurance. The price was very fair and benefits seemed to be very good. Fortunately, I did not have any need to use the insurance, so I cannot provide information about how good the experience might have been.

Not a claim for damages or injury. My husband put me down as a possible secondary driver because it would only be an extra $40 or so more. Your notification to us shows asn extra driver to be over $95 plus extra. I never even drove and the price doubled. Ardell Wieczorek. Please correct or I'm notifying Priceline.

It was easy tp get. I'm glad I didn't have anything to claim so I don't have any comment regarding service.

HORRIBLE! Experience. I had medical emergency to horrible to even go into that came up days before I was to leave. It left me unable to go on my trip. I submitted ALL of the paperwork needed. They contacted my doctor and she reexplained the situation. I bought insurance with Seven Corners in case of an emergency including one like this. After putting me through the ringer for two months. They rejected my WHOLE claim with a bogus reason of not providing information. I provided EVERYTHING! Before my 90 days is up I'm filing a report with the better business bureau, FTC and I'm going to several NY news stations. DO NOT buy insurance from this place. They are scam artists!
