Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. It is difficult to critique a company or it's coverage when we never had to use it. We did run into a few people who unfortunately had coverage and needed to use it and it was comforting (for them) and us to know that they were covered for the events they encountered. All I can say is, we felt secure in knowing that we were covered if something should happen. The entire process of buying and receiving the documents went well and we would purchase your insurance again. Thanks!
Did not need to use.
No issues so did not use the service.
Thank you, Provider, for creating an affordable, comprehensive travel plan for me to purchase before my trip.
We did not need to submit a claim so I couldn't rate the company on their performance
Thankfully I did not need to use the insurance, but it was worth having the peace of mind. The policy seemed like a really good value.
It was great to have!
I received their policy in a timely fashion. Fortunately I didn't have to make a claim.
I did not have to submit a claim
During my trip I received a notice that my insurance was due to expire. At first I thought I had made some error in my coverage but then realized it was a notification about the end date of my policy. I then received 1-2 additional emails before the end of my trip about this. This is term limited trip insurance. I do not need, nor do I appreciate receiving these notifications which first makes me think I have a problem with my coverage that will be more difficult to manage while I am overseas. This has not happened with other carriers I have used though Squaremouth. Please request Seven Corners to stop this practice. It was irksome enough that I will pick another insurance carrier next time.
