Policy proposal was easy to understand and buy. Assuring during the trip against medical or other problems. We have submitted no claim.

We had my wife's earrings stolen during our vacation. We submitted a claim and got the payment $300 which is the max. for any single item stolen under the policy that we purchased. I would use the same carrier again.

I didn't have any dealings with the insurance provider during my trip nor did I process any claims.

Nothing bad happened during my trip so I didn't need to file a claim or anything like that. Thanks.

Very easy to decipher what was covered and wasn't, and reasonably priced.

Promptly provided all the paperwork, id cards etc.
Fortunately, we did have any medical problems during the trip so we did not have to file claim.

It took a few back and forth communication yet Sevencorners's representatives were very polite and listened my situation sincerely. Claim was handled in about a month yet they did follow through and gave me settlement.

The person I initially was in contact with over the phone was not very friendly, but aside from that we were happy with this company. We filed our claim and received a refund in about 3 weeks with the only hassle being filling out the paperwork, but it was fine and we would consider this company in the future as well as rec it.
