I did not need to claim anything

We cancelled the trip due to changes in the trip schedule (by the trip provider). Although we had trip cancellation coverage, Squaremouth did not 'cover that type of cause' for cancellation. We do not recommend Squaremouth, as it does not stand up to the agreement.

had to cancel four days before travel. submitted claim two weeks ago. called seven corners today, they are mailing a check. appreciate the promptness in resolving this matter. will use them again.

The price was OK, but I was fortunate because all went well and I did not need to make a claim. Therefore, I do not know how to rate something that I did not have to use.

It is difficult to critique a company or it's coverage when we never had to use it. We did run into a few people who unfortunately had coverage and needed to use it and it was comforting (for them) and us to know that they were covered for the events they encountered. All I can say is, we felt secure in knowing that we were covered if something should happen. The entire process of buying and receiving the documents went well and we would purchase your insurance again. Thanks!
