The policy covered everything we felt we needed at a very competitive rate. The paperwork that came with it was professional-looking and arrived in the mail in a timely manner. Since we didn't need to file a claim, we can't respond to "during" or "after" the trip questions, but the "before" process really put our minds at ease.

The price was good. I only purchased medical-related coverage. I did not purchase trip insurance. I did not make any claim.

Pre-departure documentation and explaination concerning coverage was clear and easy to understand. We printed copies of our coverage to include with our bags. Fortunately, the trip went smoothly and no claim was required. I felt comfortable knowing that if something had happened, we were going to be covered.
