I had no need to use the service but felt more at ease knowing that I was protected against any issues.

We did not need to make a claim but it gave us peace of mind that we were covered.

I didn't have a need to make a claim. The one thing that I might have needed it for, fortunately I didn't need it, was trip interruption because of the death of an immediate family member, which that policy did not cover.

I bought the policy as "insurance". I am happy that I had no questions, problems, or claims.
