There was no claim so there was no performance to rate.

The rating I mean to give is excellent. Do not know if the button I marked indicates that.

Our reason for purchasing the insurance is so we could get home and get refunded if my wife's mother passed away or became critically ill in danger of imminent death. I really was never able to determine accurately from the Seven Corners info or the website, before the actual purchase of insurance, if the costs of getting back home to Michigan quickly and remaining trip missed loss would really be covered... that's quite frustrating when trying to decide about making an insurance purchase.

We haven't submitted the claim, but I will be happy to answer the last question afterwards.

The policy covered everything we felt we needed at a very competitive rate. The paperwork that came with it was professional-looking and arrived in the mail in a timely manner. Since we didn't need to file a claim, we can't respond to "during" or "after" the trip questions, but the "before" process really put our minds at ease.

The price was good. I only purchased medical-related coverage. I did not purchase trip insurance. I did not make any claim.
