Bought the insurance, no claim made, no further contact necessary.
It's been 4 months now since I started my claim and still not yet resolved . I purchased travel insurance because I bought a non refundable ticket only because it was cheaper, and squaremouth is trying to get the airline to reimburse me when the ticket I bought was refundable. I am very disappointed.
Since my party did not experience problems could be covered by the policy, my only experience was with comparing and evaluating insurance options among various plans. This plan was clearly explained, and documentation was readily available.
Good to have better that didn't have a need to use.

Good company, I will use it again
We never got to take the trip. The tour provider cancelled it less the three weeks prior to departure. They refused to refund our money. We submitted a claim with Seven Corners and they refused to pay as well. The policy clearly states "Trip Cancellation: tour cost up to $20,000". The trip was cancelled, so where is our money?
Unfortunately, we had to cancel trip before start date due to an injury. Provider was kind enough to allow us to make future plan to take trip and apply the paid for insurance at that time.
We had no claims.
