No claim or additional contact was made with the company

We did not need to make a claim but it gave us peace of mind that we were covered.

Had no need to contact insurer during the trip as there were no problems.

I didn't have a need to make a claim. The one thing that I might have needed it for, fortunately I didn't need it, was trip interruption because of the death of an immediate family member, which that policy did not cover.

I bought the policy as "insurance". I am happy that I had no questions, problems, or claims.

No basis to make any of the above ratings. Trip went well and we had no need to contact provider.

Did not make a claim….help in purchasing the policy and value for the money seemed very fair.

Everything was fine up until I had to make a claim. Part of it was paid. International cell phone charges to airline to track bags and taxi to airport to pick up bags were rejected. Will not be using them again.
