Your company has not yet received my claim so I cannot rate them now.
I filed a claim over two months ago and am still waiting to hear back from them.
i did not purches and claim for my luggege that got distroyed on the trip
since i am in egypt i will submiy the claim as soon as i get back to yhe usa
No claims submitted.
Nothing requested during the trip and no claim made.
I did not file a claim and had only email correspondence with Squaremouth. However, paperwork arrived promptly and was totally accurate.
Just before I left I was informed that 'death of a family member" was NOT a covered event as it was a "pre-existing condition". What nonsense. It made it clear there was no intention to respect or pay any claim.
My only contact was when I purchased the policy and I'm happy I did not need it so had no further contact. I chose the company because it had the best price for the coverage I wanted.
We furtunately didn't need to use the insurance during our trip. However, I want to say that service before we left was VERY good. I had difficulty with the web site, and enden up entering our return date incorrectly. The problem was corrected promptly. I will continue using Squaremouth for travel insurance and will not hesitate to recommend it to others.
We never had need for your services, but it was certainly a comfort knowing you were there.
