The trip went smoothly and I had no claim.

I did not need to use the insurance I purchased; however, I feel confident that if I needed to do so the process would have been simple and convenient.

Hard to do the rating as I didn't make any changes before/during/after the trips.

It's been 4 months now since I started my claim and still not yet resolved . I purchased travel insurance because I bought a non refundable ticket only because it was cheaper, and squaremouth is trying to get the airline to reimburse me when the ticket I bought was refundable. I am very disappointed.

Since my party did not experience problems could be covered by the policy, my only experience was with comparing and evaluating insurance options among various plans. This plan was clearly explained, and documentation was readily available.

Good to have better that didn't have a need to use.
