We had to interrupt our trip as my father was dying. We filed a claim for adjustments to our fight home and other cancelled items. They told us what they needed to process the claim and when we supplied it were very prompt to reimburse our losses. The people we dealt with on the phone were very helpful.

While I did not find it necessary to use the insurance on my trip, it was nice to know it was there if needed it !

These peope are TERRIBLE, and giving me a hard time for a very verysmall but legitimate claim

Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim. We were glad that we had the trip insurance, and even gladder that we did not use it.
