Needed to extend the coverage for my trip by one additional week prior to my departure. Change was handled expeditiously and professionally.

During Trip
Provided paperwork right away when requested.
Very efficient.

Claim Process
I find it hard to answer the above because it has not been settled yet...the event started March 8 so I guess it was mid march but I just recently submitted more info and have not heard back. I was told I didn't have to submit the claim, the hospital and doctors could and a couple of weeks later I was told it had to come from me so there were delays. I wish I new the status of the claim.

During Trip
Fortunately, I did not need to use the insurance but the peace of mind knowing I had it available to me was well worth the small price I had to pay for the coverage.
