Claim Process
It's to bad I didn't read my policy a little better. Three years ago. I got really sick on the cruise ship and needed a doctors care. The cost of treatment was over four hundred dollars which I got reduced to $350.00. I paid this out of pocket not knowing I was covered on my policy. One for you..I use your company a lot,so shame on me... Thank you.......
Before Trip
Your company was very helpful and effeciant Everything went just as promised.
Before Trip
Needed to extend the coverage for my trip by one additional week prior to my departure. Change was handled expeditiously and professionally.
During Trip
Provided paperwork right away when requested.
Very efficient.
Claim Process
I find it hard to answer the above because it has not been settled yet...the event started March 8 so I guess it was mid march but I just recently submitted more info and have not heard back. I was told I didn't have to submit the claim, the hospital and doctors could and a couple of weeks later I was told it had to come from me so there were delays. I wish I new the status of the claim.
