Before Trip
My wife had to have emergency shoulder surgery about 3 weeks before our planned departure to Mexico. I have received the claims package and I'll be submitting it to your office as soon the surgeon completes his part of the information.

The information was sent in a timely manner.

The company has been extremely uncooperative. They ask for more and more documentation. Some of the documents have been repetitive. I have yet to receive any of my money back. I have spent hours on the phone and have sent them many faxes to no avail. They were happy to take my money but are unwilling to work with me to get it back.

We enrolled prior to leaving home for 10 weeks, and knew that the paperwork was to be received at home on our return. We therefore needed to print the paperwork on-line to take it with us. This was no problem, expect that the letters were very small. We added a magnifying glass in the glove compartment. Problem solved as the Lord provided travelling mercies and we returned home safe and sound.
