Only thing was they did not understand when I gave them my wife's name, which is Paula J. Leman but when I contacted them about that they sent me a corrected document.

I was not able to complete my trip due to surgery. My claim was submitted prior to my surgery but it took over three months, with many delays, unreturned phone & email calls & incorrect information provided to finally receive my check. I suggest you find another insurer.

My wife had to have emergency shoulder surgery about 3 weeks before our planned departure to Mexico. I have received the claims package and I'll be submitting it to your office as soon the surgeon completes his part of the information.
